Taxation:
No personal income tax, capital gains tax, wealth tax, or inheritance tax on foreign-sourced income for individuals who are not tax residents (i.e., do not spend more than 183 days per year in Grenada).

The USA E-2 Visa Advantage:
Grenadian citizens can apply for the U.S. E-2 visa by making a "substantial" investment in an active U.S. business. This provides a legal pathway to live, work, and educate children in the USA. It is a unique and highly valued benefit of the Grenada CIP.

Additional Notes:
  • Grenada is a member of the OECS, providing rights to live and work in other member states.
  • The program underwent significant reforms in 2023-2024 (increased minimum donation, mandatory interviews) to enhance integrity and comply with international standards.
  • All applications must be submitted through a government-licensed Authorized Agent.
